Yes, 3 FailRP warnings over the course of August and September; when I was very new to playing on SCP RP and I had not known how to conduct myself in roleplay correctly. I have very much improved since and I do not hope to ever get another warn of any type again. I have 1 ban for a mildly NSFW document, I had posted a photo-copied scanned picture of a butt onto a document and shared it around, not knowing that it was considered NSFW. I have learned to be better and matured since.
Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:
I am applying for executive researcher because I am highly motivated and dedicated to my work as a researcher beforehand. I am committed to understanding the anomalous objects and creatures in the foundation's care, and I am eager to contribute to the mission of high quality research within the department. I believe that I have the skills and expertise to make a valuable contribution all round' to the research department. Furthermore, I am a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I am able to approach complex problems with a logical and analytical mindset, and I am comfortable working independently or as part of a team. These qualities are valuable where I would be required to work with a diverse range of researchers, anomalous objects and creatures and to identify effective containment and research strategies.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I am able to communicate effectively and clearly, both in writing and verbally. This would be an important skill for an executive researcher, as I would need to be able to communicate my findings to other researchers and members within the department. I am a highly logical and analytical thinker, which would allow me to approach research problems in a systematic and organized manner resulting in good quality research that would benefit the foundation in many ways. I am also able to think critically and creatively, which would allow me to come up with innovative solutions to complex problems. I am confident that I would be able to make significant contributions to the research efforts and help to further its mission of containing and understanding anomalous objects and creatures and bettering new researchers for the future.

It should be concise, avoiding unnecessary information or jargon. It should also include originality, an excellent research document should present new ideas or findings that contribute to the existing body of knowledge in its field. Furthermore the document must have rigorous methodology, it should use a well-designed methodology to collect and analyse data. The methods used should be appropriate for the research question being addressed and should be described in sufficient detail to allow others to replicate the study. Second-to-last, an excellent document must have well-supported conclusions that are based on the data collected and analysed. The conclusions should be relevant to the research question and should be clearly stated. And lastly, An excellent research document should be well-organised and properly formatted for good readability.

As a researcher with experience in our department, I am willing to help junior researchers as they begin their careers by answering questions, providing guidance during their training, and grading their documents. I will offer constructive feedback to help them improve their work and ensure that all documents meet a professional standard. I am also able to provide authorization for tests, ensuring that researchers have the necessary clearance and that there are no ethical issues. Additionally, I am able to approve the participation of other researchers in tests and ensure that proper credit is given to all involved parties.

Developing containment procedures for newly discovered SCP objects: As an Executive Researcher, my character would be responsible for leading teams of researchers in developing containment procedures for anomalous objects and creatures that have recently been brought into the Foundation's custody. This might include researching the properties of the SCP object, testing various containment methods, and working with other Foundation personnel to implement the most effective containment measures.
Investigating anomalous events or incidents: My character might be called upon to investigate anomalous events or incidents that have occurred within the Foundation or in the broader world. This might include evaluating the potential threat posed by the anomaly, collecting and analyzing data, and developing strategies for dealing with the anomaly.
