Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: I do have a ban for toxicity towards another player. This was around when I first joined the server. I do apologize for what I did, I have no excuses for it. I have matured since then and come to understand that rules of this facility. I will never act in such a way again and I promise to do better.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:Yes, I have about 2 years worth of experience in staffing different server's. Most of them being MC and GTA. I loved what I did and would keep doing it if I still had the same passion I had for those games before, and if I get accepted I cant wait to grow my experience and help the community any way I can.

Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?: Yes. I used to play GTA V witch was a serious roleplay for about 3 years. Until I lost my passion for it as this (Gmod) Took all of my attention. Specifically this server.

How many hours can you be on everyday?: If your talking about staffing probably 2-3 minimum. If you mean the actual game I would say around 6 or more. Unless of course I have a family thing to do.

Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:I've always loved staffing. Its one of those thing's that I can't get enough of. I joined Garry's mod in search of enjoying a server and getting to staff on it like I did with many server's before. I wish to enjoy this server and help many people while I do so. If I could get the chance it would mean alot.
