We should not be condemning someone based on what they did on other servers it is what they did on this server that counts and Walter is more than capable of being an 05 member during his time on this server I have seen him work wonders in ISD when he was director then again when he was brought back he helped build IA up to what it is now.

During his time as SA he was over gensec which was in shambles when he got put over them during his time he fixed gensec's endless issues including the roster, Document work and leadership issues. He has been a wonderfull SA and from what I have heard an amazing ECM and would continue to improve and do amazingly as a 05 good luck Walter I hope to see you as 05 someday.
