What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number):
-I am Apply for the position of O5-4 with the code name "The Conformist"
-I am applying to become a Council member due to it being fundamentally the truest thing I’ve ever desired to be, when I did first ever join this server, I do believe everyone inspires to become a member of the O5, one of the most famous pieces of lore that the SCP Foundation holds as a building block, I mean, who doesn’t want to be in the Council that runs the place, I see this as one of my largest goals to achieve, achieving so would be my long term commitment.
-With my aspirations aside, I see the position of Council member as my final place of being, my career finally ending with long service to the Council, wishing to serve for an incredible amount of time refining the basic law of this site, I do enjoy correction, but on the grander scale of things, long term strategy and patience is something I understand and grasp on a level that rarely anyone ever considers, O5 Opens that up to me, retirement they say, I say full potential of myself is open up to serve what the server will become for the future.
-I truly do believe that my place will be in Foundation Command, with every reach of time I was in the Committee. I enjoyed my responsibility and Position as a whole, grasping everything in your hand and being able to help everyone for the best is a great tendency and an ultimate goal of mine., my sacrifice of time and effort that I am willing to give to the role is what crucially pushes me with way in things, with my grant for wanting more experience and knowledge on many things, growing myself further as a person and individuals that will leave deep impacts on what everyday people will experience will be an honour to hold.
What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
-My Commitment to the Council.
Every role I’ve been given on the server, I’ve carried out to the best of my ability, spending the time to learn the documentation, procedures, policies, correct way of doing things and understanding how the structure works, that experience has came with commitment that I’ve held to each and every role, further down I want to learn the ways of how the O5 run while also carrying out the obligation that I will hold within their ranks allowing me to effectively push forwards the will of the council in regards to the Process through our proxies being Site Administration, or in some regards, through myself in severe cases.
-My Commitment to Alpha-1.
I understand the aspect that Alpha-1 serves the Council, but serves -1 as top priority, with true loyalty being towards him, that all makes sense, but I also understand the true aspect and commitment that an O5 Member must have to Alpha-1, knowing their purpose is key to their success and the Councils success, Alpha-1, although guard the Council, are also designed to carry out the work for said Council, either through breach of policies allowing the use of unconventional methods, making every regard to not get caught while providing results without compromise in the law, this aspect is understood by me.
-My Commitment to The Foundation.
In all my time of being in the server, i’ve never looked towards the ill intent of an individual or department, I will ensure this commitment within the Council, everyday I will hold the Morals and values high in a roleplay aspect, everyday I will look for the benefit of each department through my Oversight (Process Drive) and I’ve always done this in the past, through either carrying out orders or performing reformations of Departments, or helping with simple Quality of Life changes, doing so forward in the Council, my obligation to the Foundation Command is my Obligation to the Site at all Times, I look for the benefit or effectiveness in every situations, with that being the fundamental aspect that builds long terms goals which the Council is all about.
With all this in mind, I believe that I would make the best Candidate based on all my understandings and experiences I've had within the server, I understand that Foundation Command is all about the Long term planning set forward with the reviewing of the Process, driving that plan for the long term goals, my Experiences in the past re-enforce this conclusion, Patience is key when you're at the top of the chain, and sometimes letting others deal with that plan is a must, setting Proxies to work or simply grasping the whole Foundation Command on a complete reform Idea, doing it not for one self, but for the benifit of everyone else.
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
-The Council is responsible of Overseeing the Whole foundation in the aspect of what the results provide, they decide on whether the performance of said department is up to standard, this leading into the Competence of the leaders within said departments, ensuring they are serving the Foundation to the fullest, furthermore, this means they are always watching the departments for faults that could significantly be affecting the Performance results that they desire, but aren't receiving. (Process Driven)
If the Council does not find any faults in any of the Departments they overlook, this take a step back into a more Overseeing role of the whole Foundation, focusing more on the Rp Aspects of day to day running, like Code of Conduct Suggestions, how the Code of Conduct is getting enforced, review into day to day activities like Research or that of relations with CI or the GOC, although CI are deemed hostile, they are the ones that make that declaration so, and that could change at any moment due to that responsibility being held by them, the Council.
When an Overseer is onsite, during Site Wide breach, they do take charge, or hand it down to their Proxies, known as Site Administration, this allows them to get hands on Experience when it comes to Managing the Site.

-Vote on the A-1 Command and Co-Command position, Although this is entirely up to the Chief Overseer, Opinions are given by the Council
-A high demand of ensuring the Code of Conduct remains upheld in all forms in regards to how departments performance is being put forward while following the Code of Conduct, furthermore they update this document to ensure that the continuous running of the site falls well within the protection and needs of the Code of Conduct, this document is the Basic Law of the foundation, and they ensure its updated, followed and used by all Department Leaders, either through SA as Proxies or themselves in regards to severe cases.

Walter Alan Unrich is an Inspirer, Inspiring those to become a better version of themselves, his Key Initiative in situations that need him never seems to falter, he loves a good lecture, especially when it feeds his strive for knowledge and personal Growth, he is a man of Strong Values on what makes him, HIM, in a room, you will notice him, and he will stand out as someone who is different from the rest, with this being said, he is private about himself, and his past, No one really knows where he truly came from, but his Birth place lies within Northern Ireland, Born and Raised, his arrival within Canada is striked as Unknown, with his Career at the Foundation being the only thing attaching him to his whereabouts in Canada, he stands at 6,4, weighing around 113 Kilos, Hazel Eyes with a Dense but partly refined body, Short Brown hair, Bearded Jawline, his cheeks being slightly marked from that of a scolding knife.

Walter Alan Unrich, enlisted within the Foundation, within the Department of Internal Affairs, his keen eye for Disobedience, his ability to spot a mistake within regulations, made him a perfect candidate for Internal Affairs, endeavouring into what he enjoyed, as an Operative, his independent ability to enforce what was right, was astonishing, seen by many, his knowledge grew with experience, learning everything necessary, and far beyond that, this, leading to his interest in the Role of Ambassador, a new rank he had his eye on, he knew, understood, and took on the task of IA Ambassador with no doubts and regrets, flourishing in this new position, his leadership skills, his initiative to help others, pushing IA to the limits, his motives were the motives of the Internal Affairs, his duty was to deliver that, of what was expected of him, long hours, hefty debates, and many many duties later, it was time for the spot of Director, he felt ready than ever, his Experience made him a key Candidate.

Director of Internal Affairs, he made it this far, but there is no stopping now, Walter Unrich had a will to grow with compassion, respect and prosperity, within his role of Director he saw problems that needed fix, he knew problems before they were even there for others to see, with a task at hand he got to work, the first implementation was the rework and revolutionising of the Internal Affairs baseline infrastructure, this included a way to track the activity of his Ambassadors, showing near perfectly accurate results on the working hours of his CL4 administrative team, this not only improved the activity from a huge margin, but also increased the daily workload that Ambassadors took on. Internal Struggles were met with corrections, from the improvement of Agents, pushing an agenda that agents come first, making it known that agents aren't just our ground force, but the soul of the department itself, Walter had a plan in mind, integrity of the department is always the first step to a successful department, understanding that there was always one thing lacking, professionalism, a department as of which enforces that of the CoE, CoC and the Legal Codex, it is without a doubt one must be professional in a high regard for these responsibilities to earn respect and take place, an announcement was made, internally at first for opinions, one that would set out a "No Tolerance" for everyone with Internal affairs, towards one of our biggest problems, Professionalism, a No Tolerance to the breach of integrity of the very grounds the department was built on, Publicly announcing DIAs next agenda, full enforcement and control for what makes IA, IA, its professional standard to do it correctly, in a calm and understanding manner.

The Committee was an interesting experience within itself, the politics, the problems and the walk arounds hit on a deeper level of anger, problems and situations of mass unprofessionalism sparking from sheer incompetence, sheer stupidity that it is sickening, on further note, my record speaks for itself, and what happens in the Committee, stays there.

The Walter Unrich has returned, for a call of hope from an unlisted source, a need for help to reincorporate what was once prosperous in the dawn of time, a past that needs brought back, a past that grows ever so closer, the dictation, enforcement, discipline, and prosperity of Internal Affairs will return by my hands, with the help of all who wish to grab a peace, Walter knows what is wanted, what is needed, and where to get it.

Walter Unrich awakens from the depths of retirement, his rest not long lived, an unpredictable future awaits as he pushes forward into his old past, his memories of the foundation locked behind that of blocked neuropathways placed carefully by the Committee, he is an agent of the Law, reawaken for the purpose of improvement, improvement not of self, but to raise everyone with him to feats they never knew was possible, Walter is here to uphold the goals of the Foundation, he does not know self gain or fulfilment, he controls a desire to live for himself, as that is not his person, Walter awaits his future demise.

The Public, the Foundation, Ambassador Walter Unrich hears a rare, but not completely unsuspected communications, "Internal Affairs to SCP 035" His duties calls for him with Internal Affairs, running down Rock hallway, pushing for the Elevator, waiting, waiting, waiting, it arrives, down he goes, pushing through HCZ Checkpoint, down the stairs to Lower HCZ, opening the door leading to the internal Canyon that the Foundation somehow found when building HCZ, sprinting across to the far door, taking a right, then left, finally another right reaching SCP-035 Chamber, he arrives, Walter Opens the Door to see a figure, then snap, a crack to the back of the head.
Walter Unrich's vanishment was acknowledged by Site 65 as a Huge asset loss, the valuable in site the Individual knows as Unrich was engraving and the result of many great minds and accomplishments, he was a people's person, always pushing people in the right direction, being a hand that allows them to go down the path of greatness, rather than Sorrow, he will be missed, his valuable mindset will be missed, him as a person will be missed by his peers.
