Description of the incident: During low population hours, a large majority of us were getting killed nonstop by players like Chad who were disguised as D-Class. We all decided to take refuge in the Executive Bunks, as it was deemed to be our safest option. On numerous occasions, several D-Class tried to find out where we were, and proceeded to metagame our location to harass and pester us. On two separate occasions, Chad was excessively toxic in OOC, alongside specifically targeting/harassing members within the Executive Offices. I had encouraged Douglas to not say anything, as I was intending to make this report. Alongside this, they were intentionally causing SCP-096 to get into our spawn to get several people killed. Regrettably to report, it seems like this isn't a first time thing with this player, given his previous warn history.

And I am willing to take a warn to filter out toxic people. It doesn't take a lot of effort to be respectful. I believe it was a justified holster, considering he did not target me immediately, and ran off. It is a warn, I'll wear it with pride, my mistake as an RP main who doesn't touch combative. I hold everyone accountable for their actions, even myself.

I would like 2 say some things as this report is on me. First off you seem to leave out the parts where the CPT was raging about me killing him once and was calling me a try hard and telling me to get a job, which is toxicity. Which I understand being toxic back is not ok but I did say sorry to him before I got off which you also left out. second off I only killed the CPT which was a valid kill as it was EXEC bunks not GSD CPTS. Third I also made sure that someone who I was talking to looked at 096 and ran away from exec bunks so it didn't stand in your bunk. also when you asked us to leave we left which can be seen in the clip. I don't what the first clip has to do with me as for the metagame part you guys never gave out your loc in ooc so Idk how I would metagame that. Me and the other dclass ran around the whole site even went to CI base then came back before this all even happened. and for you saying ", it seems like this isn't a first time thing with this player, given his previous warn history." my warns are all dated from 3 months or long ago and my sever tox warn was drunk mistake after I got spawned camped for 10 mins. when its low pop and im on dclass I try not to shoot non combatives as they can't fight back but clearly that rule doesn't apply to as you shot us when we were going to 914 and you also had a freedom out ready to shoot us again. You also seem to say that a large majority of us were getting killed nonstop by players like Chad who were disguised as D-Class. I would like to point out that I had a total of 5 kills before I got off one of the kills being a dclass I had a quest on so 4 foundation and if you would like I could list them all for you just ask. I would like close the off with the fact that the CPT was toxic to me first after asking us not to rdm on low pop and I said I killed you once and he said to stop sweating and told me to get a job I replyed with a toxic msg I agree which wasn't right but I did say sorry for being toxic to him before I got off which he said he didn't care and was fine. I would also like to point out the fact where you left out the part after where once 096 killed you guys they ran to dblock where one of the other dclass who seen the picture was standing. I never had the picture some dclass found it and was showing abunch of people. I would like to say im sorry to the GSD CPT for being toxic and ruinning/delaying any RP you were doing also to say sorry for bothering you guys.

I appreciate your apology. Mistakes happen, and we all do things we don't mean. You taking the initiative to apologize for your actions shows maturity and the intention to make things right, which is very commendable and not very common within the server. You are right, I do not have the footage of the bickering between you and Douglas, otherwise I would hold him accountable for his actions as well. Unfortunately, since there is no footage of him bickering with you (other than the one video where he tells you to do your job), it is going to be very difficult to prove the situation otherwise unless you have any video evidence on your side.


We all have to remember, this is a Garry's Mod SCP-RP server, where a majority of the players, myself included, are here to have a good time and enjoy ourselves. Too often, people lose sight of that. A portion of the community tends to take things far too seriously, almost as if this were some competitive shooter like Call of Duty, and in doing so, they bring unnecessary toxicity into the environment. Harassment, doxxing, and personal attacks have no place here, and all it does is damage Civil Networks' reputation and drive players away. Many people, myself included, are tired of the drama and just want a fun and relaxed atmosphere.


Until this incident, I’ve never had a bad experience with you personally. I’ve always viewed you as someone who was easygoing, approachable, and good to have around in the community. As you’ve probably heard me say before, I hold everyone accountable for their actions, including myself, because at the end of the day, this server only works if we all respect each other and remember why we’re here in the first place: to have fun, build a positive community, and escape real-life stress, not add to it.


I also want to make it clear that I have nothing against you as a person. My only goal here is to push you in the right direction so that situations like this don’t happen again, and so we can all contribute to making this community better rather than letting drama and toxicity pull it down.


Moving forward, I hope we can use this situation as a reminder of what kind of community we want to foster here. If you have any evidence or additional context you want to share, I’m willing to add it to my report, or make a second report entirely. More importantly, I hope we can all agree to leave the unnecessary drama behind us and focus on making this a place people want to be a part of.

I am usually a pretty chill person it was probably something with just a lack of sleep that made me say the things I said, and I would love to put this behind us and move on. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, and I will try to do better in the future.
