Description of the incident: I was a D-Class escaping, so I attacked a Thaumatologist, who is non-combative personnel in the Research Department, and he killed me with a gun. Under the rules, section 4.04 states that all jobs in the Research Department are considered non-combative personnel, with the exception of the Cartographer. In section 4.03 for combative personnel, it does not mention his job as combative whatsoever.

I did make a sit about this that I will share, and the Senior Moderator did not agree, which is why I decided to make a report on the forums. Under the rules, he should not have done that to me, and it is unfair to warn other people for this if someone else can do the same thing and get off scot free.
