Description of the incident: I am making this complaint alongside Maksim 'Enigma', I am aware he has made a staff complaint against the moderator that originally dealt with our tickets but we were advised by a Senior Admin a player report would also be needed against Hampton as the staff complaint wouldn't rectify that issue.
This all started when Hampton was playing under a different name as a combat medic, Maksim had them arrested for unprofessionalism which post arrest they then switched to their DOM role. Around this time on teamspeak they mentioned the captain and wanting to get payback so I kept a closer eye.
Hampton previously stated they did not do any of the following leading to the sit being dropped which we only found out later because they had mentioned it to another friend of ours so I personally looked into it and received the clip from the Chef. The timeline is as follows.
Hampton switched from Combat Medic to the DOM job, they then find Chef Jack 'Jingle' and bribe/commission them into murdering Maksim. This was done with ZERO in character interaction with Maksim in that life and was based purely on the fact they were arrested by Maksim (As admitted in the clip) under a different name on a different role.
You then see the chef that actually murdered Maksim enter in at the end of the clip.
This then leads to Maksim getting killed by the chef for no reason.
During this interaction you also see Hampton offering immortal flesh, a cl4 chemical as payment, offering a non combative weapons and mixing his previous life with the current. Also downplaying the potential RDM warn to the chef encouraging him to break the rules and take the punishment regardless is hardly befitting someone of the status of senior cl4.
I believe this was Unauthed treasonrp as there was absolutely no in character roleplay leading up to this. Also,
NLR and job switching to use their role to be able to order the chef around with less in character consequences. Any further questions can be directed to myself or Maksim
