Description of the incident: It started at around 17:05, when due to an error from Andrew Snow (STEAM_0:0:57257181), a Gamemaster noclipping around LCZ Innanimate, I, as SCP 173, got stuck inside the floor and was unable to continue my breach which started only 2 minutes prior.
In my anger, I followed the advice from players in /ooc and requested a refund through the staff, in which the culprit, Holland (STEAM_0:1:506528183), responded.
After hearing my side, Holland (STEAM_0:1:506528183) offered me a refund in where:
- I was rebreached.
- I was to be set to 2.2K (My HP was at 30K in full).
- I would be teleported somewhere in LCZ.
- GENSEC and MTF would be alerted of my breach.
- They would not be told WHERE I was breached.
I, obviously, contested this stupid refund idea since the guns from the E-11 alone could send me to 1 HP in an single burst, but accepted anyway to prove how stupid it was.
Within 5 minutes of my breach, I was recontained because (AS EXPECTED) E-11 decimated my HP in their first magazine.
Obviously frustrated from having 4 hours of my life wasted, I complained in /ooc that the refund was, as stated prior to the Moderator, stupid.
For whatever reason, Holland (STEAM_0:1:506528183) then warned me for toxicity and muted me for "saying slurs", in which I have NEVER done so.
I still believe I have not only been wronged in my first breach due to Andrew Snow noclipping around, but that I also had an unfair refund, warn and mute from Holland.
