Description of the incident: On August 20th I got Luca banned for RDM, since he had previous infractions it was a three day ban. Afterwards he went to my Steam profile and said "btw im just gonna rdm your sore ahh everytime i feel like taking days off from the server :Laughing crying emoji: - rep" Afterwards He deleted it and no communication sense. Till September 3rd where any time he saw me in game he would say "Duke Astro is a bitch." which happened four time 0:12, 0:52, 1:02, and 1:11 second respectively in the youtube video At which I confronted and asked what did i do and he said and I quote "you got me banned three times, I don't like you." Which I proceeded to look at his steam profile and remembered it's the exact same guy that i commented on my Steam profile. some time goes by and he hopped on D-class. first time he sees me, He punches me and says "What up Duke bitch." then The phone rings and he proceeds to say "Well how about you tell Site administration to eat my fat cock and let us out." Then proceeds to spread lies I selling guns to D-class and then snitching on the fellow D-class. Where you guessed it, than ganged up on me and killed me.

Hi Duke,

Thanks for taking the time to make a player report.

As this seems to be targeted on a player -> player level with no actual RP behind the continued insult & verbal abuse persisting on multiple lives/characters, and from the reported players admittance, we have decided to accept this report.

A ban will be issued in accordance to staff regulations for Harassment.​
