Description of the incident: I was a parawatch that had just been Amnesticized with Class-B amnestics because I entered the site. The reported player was one of two E-11 that escorted me and another parawatch out of the base. As we were brought outside and uncuffed, the two E-11 began threatening the other parawatch (who had also just been amnesticized) and demanding to arrest them for a reason I do not know. I saw this and started walking away, at which point the reported player started following me with their gun out. They began speaking but I couldn't hear what they were saying so I kept walking. They then said "We cant let you leave." before shooting me in the head about 2 seconds later. At no point did I hear any orders to stop or freeze or surrender from E-11 (negating fear rp) and I was actively leaving the restricted area AFTER having been amnesticized. In the clip which I can provide my clipping software doesnt pick up my microphone, but as I was leaving I was verbally saying to E-11 that I was leaving. They had no reason or justification to kill me, and as a fellow member of E-11, it left a very bad taste in my mouth.
Evidence of the incident: I have a 30 second clip of when I was shot by the E-11 pvt that I do not know how to directly upload to this report. I am in the civil networks SCP-RP discord server and can be reached under the discord name of "startheone". My nickname in the server is Ena Cannon.
