Description of the incident: So, I had just woken up as E-11, and I was going to cook some food because I had materials to cook food. LE just up and decide to cuff me I didn't know what was going on at the time. I feel this was a fail on his part as Failrp. I was not happy because again I just woke up so I want to know how this is ok to do. I feel as though immediately getting cuffed when I wake up as he tells me this isn't justified as being ok to do.

In this case - O-1 was rounding up all of E-11 under orders and as part of a Resignation Event for an Ethics Member.​
