Description of the incident: R. Elliott came down to lower D block while spamming the camera after someone in line told him they were epileptic he continued spamming at which started to get a headache and left the area.

Due to an issue Elliot is having they are unable to reply on this post for some reason, they have messaged me on discord and explain their side on the situation.

1 If your camera is causing errors maybe restart your game or try to fix it Where there is little to no people around.
2 Did you input a command to remove the flashing lights, because I know some people do this.
3 How loud is your music, where you can barely hear people.
4 If the researcher was doing it in the first place, report him.
5 After being told by me and others at 10, 1:32, and 1:42 in the Video, I Texted and Verbally told you and You continued to do it.

Thanks for taking the time to make a player report.

This report has been accepted due to the evidence provided within this Report and from speaking with the accused player. While the person has said they were trying to fix an issue with their camera. D-block is not the place to do so and there are alternative methods to try fix these issues. Given that they are level 173, it is my belief that the player should have known better in this situation.

A warning for FailRP will be issued for the player to receive when he is next online.​
