Description of the incident: [OOC] Sergei 'Raam' Volkov: fake assistant, SR doctor, and cadet - Sergei was doing a test and got killed by TB - not even a minute after dying bro is watching 914 cams on Overseer Assistant. Also put that message in OOC right after. I'm ngl this guy is cooked.

In this picture, after dying the first thing i try to do is hop back onto my previous role to continue what i wanted to do, however, due to how thaumatologist works, i am unable to do so as another player is using the second slot.

As such, i decided to hop on my usual role, overseer assistant, which is the role the name i was using at the time belongs to anyways. I could have hopped on Sr researcher, sure, but i wanted to do 457 sampling which is a major pain without being able to protect one of the d class in my experience.

Every time i hop on Overseer assistant, unless i have a specific goal or destination in mind already, i hop on cameras, they are literally next to my spawn, i have every reason to go check cameras and see what's going on at the time. 914 is always a good camera to have up, and if it isn't already i always set one of the two side cameras to inner 914. Of course, when i look at the camera, it's half destroyed, but still working and i see over three d class run into 914, i guess i could have just pretended i didn't see it?

In hindsight sure, i could have just sat in my office and did nothing, or headed down to medbay or something, but i ended up doing what i usually default to when i'm bored as an assistant. But as i've shown above, the first thing that came to mind after i died was just trying to get back to what i was doing in the first place.

Think about RP realistically—he might have checked the cameras, so it's worth considering. If someone called it out, based on the evidence and clips, they could have looked at the cameras. It wasn’t necessarily him; it could have been anyone. I understand it’s me, but honestly, it could have been anyone. Maybe someone was camping the cameras, just like anyone could check them out, possibly out of revenge. I don’t have all the answers, but what I do know is that anyone could have checked the cameras at that moment. And really, you probably wouldn’t have lasted long if you were in that situation. Also, keep in mind—the camera was never fully destroyed (not trying to argue, just trying to clear things up and soothe both sides). ~Viralic~
