Description of the incident: From the beginning, I saw some guy was being dragged past me in cuffs by some other isd guy that seemed chill and was just rping, saying "free bro he aint do nothing wrong" and followed halfway down the hall to the entrance to ISD, and was still saying it. Everyone around was havin fun laughing including the other isd guy, then this powertripping guy nook rocket came outta nowhere and arrested me for 9mins for tresspassing for not even passing the front desk of ISD. He's also arrested some other guys repeatedly around me, just being an all around fun deleter. After my sentence was done, I came back and tried to solve the problem IC and waited outside ISD for at least 10mins waiting for the commissioner, at about 9mins in someone finally told me he was busy and would be out soon. (i never got to speak to the commissioner, trying to solve that IC is literally impossible.) I was calling nook rocket a powertripper, cause thats exactly what he was doing, and he arrested me again for 15-20mins.

Can ISD really just do that? Just take multiple people out of the game for x amount of time for not even doing anything? Its kind of just a fun killer now i just want to get him job demoted.

I didnt manage to get a good clip of the first arrest, nook sent one to the fellow ISD head mod though and he found no wrongdoing so I just wanted to get this infront of people that won't be biased
