Description of the incident: CI came into D-Block and dropped guns. D-Class left D-Block with the CI to fight the foundation and escape to surface. After I died i was not able to attempt to rejoin the group as the CL4 door to D-Block was closed. I found no attempt was being made to sweep the D-Block. I think i saw 2 E-11 in outer D-Block at the time, and i thought i saw staff in tab to assist but dashboard showed no admins on duty.

Hi, I was the one who shut this door, and was actively working on organizing a sweep. Took a bit to get everyone ready - Since the airlock was hacked fully open it made no sense to me to not shut the door while trying to organize the sweep.

I appreciate the report you made, and I understand the frustration you may of had during this process. However I will be declining this report.

Based on the information and testimony I received I believe there was valid reason to have the door closed with a sweep in the works.
With how hectic the situation was I don't see any issues with how the situation was handled. There would of been no reasonable way any Captain or Sergeant would of been able to organize a sweep logistically with that door open.​
