Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have zero bans, zero warns, and zero arrests.

How many hours can you be on everyday: depends on the day and time but id say roughly 2-4 hours

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I've been a moderator for a few twitch streamers (few years ago) and I'm a career councilor in the navy and a personnel manager at a law firm in real life.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: One accomplishment I am particularly proud of is earning a Senior CL4 position on my first application. To me, that represented the trust I had built through consistent performance, reliability, and dedication rather than simply receiving a promotion.

I'm also proud of the role I've played in developing others within GSD. Throughout my time in leadership, I've had the opportunity to train, mentor, and guide many members who later went on to become Captains themselves. Watching those individuals grow into capable leaders and make meaningful contributions to the department has been one of the most rewarding parts of my experience. I believe my background in leadership, mentoring, and team development has given me the skills needed to be an effective member of the staff team.

Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to become a staff member because I enjoy contributing to a community where everyone can have a fair and enjoyable experience. Over the years, I've held several leadership roles that have taught me how to remain calm under pressure, resolve conflicts, enforce rules fairly, and help people when they have questions or concerns.

I believe good moderation is about more than just issuing punishments—it's about being approachable, making consistent decisions, and setting a positive example for the community. If accepted, I would work to enforce the rules impartially, assist players whenever possible, and help ensure the server remains welcoming and well-managed. I'd also be happy to support the staff team however I can behind the scenes, whether that's handling reports, answering questions, or helping maintain a professional environment for everyone.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I had the opportunity to improve one aspect of the staff team, I would focus on strengthening communication—both within the staff team and with the community. From my experience in leadership, I've found that many misunderstandings can be avoided simply by keeping people informed and ensuring everyone is on the same page.

For the community, this means providing clear explanations for decisions whenever appropriate and being approachable when members have questions or concerns. For the staff team, I think regular communication and collaboration help create more consistent moderation and reduce confusion between team members. No staff team is perfect, but maintaining open communication and being willing to listen to feedback are some of the best ways to build trust and continue improving over time.

Your way too quick to make rash decisions and Playtime is too short for staff in my honest opinion

4 days through the month being "too short" is absolute insanity to me considering that's at least 3 hours a day but OKAY bro
