Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I was an SMod here on civil 4 years ago.
I was Development Coordinator (similar to Community Manager + Lead Dev here on civil) in another GMod server for around 2 years till I resigned earlier this year. Plus, I've been an assortment of staff ranks/owner of FiveM communities when I was younger.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud that in my short time back to the server I have already reached the rank of SGT in E-11 and field agent in DEA, alongside getting accepted as an ECA. I am proud to have already found places on the server that I truly enjoy and actively want to get onto everyday. I also am proud of all the RP that I've been apart of recently. It feels extremely refreshing and fun to be apart of so many interesting different RP situations everyday. Finally, I am proud of the new friends and people I've met since returning to Civil; I am truly proud to be a member.
Why would you like to become a staff member: As I said on my staff resignation appeal, for the past 2 months or so, I've been involved on server again and have been really enjoying it. I have been able to reconnect with old friends and make several new ones, and so I'd love to deepen my involvement on the server. I've had nothing but fun playing on Civil again and want to help support the community that I am enjoying so much. I feel that joining staff will give me the ability to contribute further to supporting the community and help me achieve some goals I never did last time around. If all goes well, I would like to stick around long enough to make it all the way to SL or SSL.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: The biggest issue I've noticed is ticket response time at later hours, since as of late I've been on server till like 4am EST. I understand there is a good reason tickets don't get answered quickly at this time, because people are sleeping, but since I am up around these times due to my current schedule I can most defiantly help resolve or at least respond to tickets at these hours.
