Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have received two warnings, Fail-RP, RDM, i received the RDM Warning because i was new and had no idea what to do or how things worked at the time, Also main reason for the RDM was mainly because of lag, i had meant to shoot a hostile D-class but because of that lag i had instead shot a CL2 Guard.
The Fail-RP i do not recall how i got that but it was most likely because this server was one of my first RP servers, And Toxicity.

How many hours can you be on everyday: I'm available from around 8 hours but can be on longer if necessary
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I cannot remember the community name but It was a star wars RP server I was a moderator for around 8 months
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud that I've been able to maintain a leadership position in different departments at the same time mainly GSD and DEA both I currently hold Jr CL4 positions in, I've in total held CL4 three times within different departments IA (the old IA), and then the current ones, and throughout my entire time as CL4 I've been proud to lead and work with respectable and amazing people I personally couldn't of achieved all I did without them teaching me what I know now.
Why would you like to become a staff member: The reason I wish to apply for staff member is because I personally love to provide help to others when needed and already have good experience in dealing with minor or major problems but its not always the same issue it can always vary, but most importantly I've held staff before in different communities and so I believe that experience would come in handy, when it comes it helping others I do my best to get the job done.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I got onto the staff team I would do my best to be the most active staff member so that I'm available to everyone that needs me and to ensure everyone may continue their experience without delay.
