Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: No.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 5-6 on weekdays, 6-8 on weekends.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I was a senior moderator in another SCPRP community. I had the most tickets in my first week as a trial moderator, being 60 in one week. I've been a discord moderator in multiple communities, owner in around 3, and admin in 1.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: A 682 crosstest with impure Class-X, that had very interesting results, getting SGT in GOC, OSuit Project getting accepted and working, getting LCPL in E-11, getting Senior Agent in DEA
Why would you like to become a staff member: I like dealing with people and having conversations and trying to help people improve, and I want experience in a position such as this for further positions. Also, I want to be the change I want with the amount of time that most tickets take. The opportunity to work in a team outside of ICly is also very appealing to me, and I hope I get the chance to do so. Alongside, I enjoy Civil Networks and I want to help keep it as good as it currently is or even better with less minges.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: The time on tickets. I've waited almost an hour on a critical ticket, and by the time it was taken it was already dealt with ICly. I would do it by taking any ticket I am avaliable to do, even if im in RP unless it is major RP.
