Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have recieved 1 warn it was May 15th of 2024 and I had killed a D-Class as a D-Class without giving them prior warning.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: No, I do not.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Site Admin, making it to Site Advisor it was something I was working toward for a long time.
Why would you like to become a staff member: More recently it seems like I happen to be playing at times when there is no staff and a lot of people take it as an invitation to break ooc and ic rules. As well as, I just would like to help with enforcing ooc rules in general. Being staff could also help me ic with making better RP from increased prop limit.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: From, a so far, outsiders perspective I have seen and heard of a lot of communications problems when it comes to one SL saying this and another saying something else. That would be fixed if each staff managed to let another one know, in somewhere like staff chat, what was said. That way either 2 things happen first it is acknowledgment that this was said to make sure it aligns in the future, or secondly, you get immediate feedback that what you said is incorrect which gives you the immediate opportunity to correct the mistake.
