Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I used to be the server manager of a dark rp server named [Redacted] we had some developers that we hired come in and destroy the server. I have also been high ranking staff on many GTA fivem servers, I used to be head management on [Redacted] a while back and recently just resigned from community manager on [Redacted]. I have a good amount of experience as a staff member in different communites and can asure you that I will do a good job on the staff team here.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud of getting into e-11, recently I went through some personal matters and had not played the server in a bit over a week, that is why I am no longer in e-11. I would mostly play gsd so I have not really explored my options very much but I'm working towards possibly trying to join a new regiment and climbing the ranks.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I really like this server and it has a cool vibe to it, I have been thinking of joining the staff team for quite some time now and I do wish I had applyed sooner. I hope I am able become a staff member that people remember and enjoy seeing around the site, I really do think I could have a impact on this community.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve something on the staff team, it would be how staff communicate and approach players. The staff team already does a good job in my opinion but I really think small things can go a long way like if the staff would explain their decisions to the player and guide new players so both can learn from their mistakes and also prevent them. I really do think this could make the server a bit better than it already is.
