Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Yes, I have received 1 warning for NLR (expired). I had gotten the warning for accidentally NLRing a D-Class, this has happened almost a year ago and does not reflect my current character.
How many hours can you be on everyday: Typically I could be on 4-6 hours a day, depending on work and free time.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I've moderated in another Gmod server, almost reaching a rank equivalent to Head Moderator before I decided to retire due to IRL responsibilities. I also have about a year's worth of experience in the position "Co-Administrator", which was the overall 4th in command of the community. I was basically in charge of overseeing the staff team (mainly discord moderation and event hosting). I reviewed applications and trained staff members on their basic duties. I was part of that community for approximately 2-3 years. I have also held various mid-level staff positions.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I've gained GSD Captain, after working hard for it. I've almost gotten LT in E-11, I am also hoping I gain Inspector in the near future.
Why would you like to become a staff member: Well, I've been a part of this community for a bit, almost 2 years, and I have come to respect the moderators in their work. I assume there are multiple tickets every couple of minutes, and I'm glad to assist with anything the players would need! This is my favorite server to play on, by far. The community is great as well.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would like to improve upon the amount of rule-breaking there is in the server. I could fix this by watching people in administrative mode, ensuring people are not hindering roleplay with their rule-breaking. Another thing is the inactivity during certain periods of the day. While I understand that most people cannot be on the server due to IRL things, I could remedy that by being the one who gets on.
