Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Yes I have bans and kicks which I have talked several times with staff about possibly getting them removed/expired due to the amount of time it has been since my last warn/kick/ban. I did troll quite a bit when I joined this server, but I have since realized there are some really cool roleplay aspects to the server and I began taking the RP seriously and actually getting very involved in the RP. Now I have been RP-ing here for quite sometime without receiving a warning and I am proud of that. Hopefully my history wont disqualify me because I intend to take this role very seriously as I do with all of my roles.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I have staffed on several large servers which I will not list here, but the highest staff rank I have held was Head Admin.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud of achieving the rank of Inspector in ISD. I have been playing this server for years and have never held a CL4 position before, after serving in ISD for several months I have achieved the rank of Inspector and I am proud of that.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member because I enjoy being part of the server and want to help make it a better experience for everyone. I believe I can be a fair, mature, and responsible member of the staff team. I would also like to help enforce the rules, handle situations calmly, and assist players whenever they need help. Overall, I want to contribute to the community and help keep the server fun, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve something on the staff team, I would improve communication and teamwork between staff members. I would do this by making sure staff communicate with each other about important situations, rule violations, and punishments so that everyone is on the same page. I would also encourage staff to help each other when dealing with difficult situations instead of trying to handle everything alone. I believe better communication would make the staff team more organized and help ensure rules are enforced fairly and consistently.
