Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Only 1 Warning for LTarp back in 2022. I disconnected to avoid being arrested by the ISD, and then joined back 5 minutes later.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 4-6 Hours, Can be more active if needed.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: No, not in Garry's Mod.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm proud of getting the rank of Delta in CI and my Sergeant rank in Nu-7. I'm also proud that I found this fun roleplay community. I have met so many different people and experienced a variety of events I've had the opportunity to attend while playing on the server.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I've been a part of CN since 2022 and think I should repay the community for all the fun roleplay scenarios I've had when playing on the server. I have also been thinking about applying for staff for quite a while now. So I want to support the community by applying for staff. I want to handle sits and player issues. Overall, I want the players to have a fun time when playing on the server. I also think I would be of help because it's daytime for me when the server has low pop, so I can moderate when other staff are asleep or offline. And I also like to help people if they have any questions or other problems. I'm honest, fair, and responsible, and I would always want both parties involved in tickets to be happy about the result if possible. If I were to get accepted, then I would use my role to make the community happy.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I have noticed that tickets during low pop aren't being taken, and this is mainly because there aren't many staff online on low pop, because it's usually night for them. I would improve this issue by using my time zone to my advantage, as I could be on during low pop. I also see a big increase in players when the US players start hopping on, and I often see some of them who break the rules but don't get noticed by staff because staff can't keep up with everything happening, so I could also help with that. I also see new players not completely understanding the rules, which often leads to them getting warned, so I could help new players with the rules and any questions they may have.
