What server are you applying for: SCP-RP (USA)
Your Username: Court Harley
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:761696599
Discord Username: yolocourt20
Age: 22
What's your current playtime:

Do you have a mic: Yes.
Your character's name: Court Harley, ‘Law’, and Court Ramders for civilian
Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications: This is my first app for staff.
Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I received a fail RP warning more than a couple of months ago for going inside the chamber of 008 as a parawatch. When I was told to do so by an executive researcher.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 2 to 4
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I do have experience on a small Discord server.
Tell us about something that you're proud of that you've achieved in-game: I am especially proud of my NU-7 Maj role since I worked really hard to be there, and I was really happy that I got promoted to help NU-7 and better the regiment. As well as getting into O-1 to be able to help in-site more and enforce the code of ethics. I am also really proud of being able to be over 12 sub-regiments in my time of being on the server to help better regiments and bring help to departments as well.
Why would you like to become a staff member: More than one person has given me their recommendation, and I am sure that I will be a very good team member. It is amazing to me how friendly and supportive the current staff is, and I want to be part of that positive environment by helping the community whenever I can. I am very active during off-peak hours, which means I can help at times when support is most needed. I like to take the initiative in answering questions, solving problems, and keeping the server running well. In general, I want to be a source of consistency, reliability, and a good mood for the team while still helping the community grow.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I think one of the biggest areas for improvement is response time to tickets. I know this is mentioned often in applications, but I’ve had several tickets sit unclaimed for over 20 minutes while staff were online. I also don’t want the person who submitted the ticket to feel like we don’t want to help them, because we genuinely do.
