How many hours can you be on everyday: I play for a few hours almost everyday.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I was a Senior Admin on a DarkRP server I managed part of the staff team.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am an A-1 CPT I provide orders for the A-1 Regiment and have seen them grow and develop over the past few months into a great regiment. They have achieved so much and have upheld the standard of being the best regiment on the server.

Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to help the community. I enjoy playing civil and would really enjoy being more of a public figure in the Civil Networks community more than I already am. The server is a great place to be minus all the brainrot, and I'd like to be more of a part of it.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve anything in the staff team it would be the trial phase for Trial moderators. Its insane to me that its found as a good assessment during a trial period to have Tmods only take stuck sits and helping people with questions. I would rather see those staff members take actual sits to assess their ability to be a quality staff member rather than seeing how good they are at answering questions and tping people out of boxes.

There seems to be some confusion about how trail moderators are trained to become effective staff members. Each trail moderator is paired with a mentor who guides them through the process. During these mentorship sessions, you’ll learn everything you need to know about handling sits, following commands, understanding policies, and much more.

Before a Tmod can take sits on their own, they need to pass a specific test. In your training sessions, you’ll get the chance to tackle all different types of sits.

In the beginning, mentors usually allow Tmods to handle "stuck" sits since these require less detailed knowledge of the rules and commands. This helps prevent major mistakes as you’re learning. Once you successfully pass the test, you’ll officially become a full staff member.
