Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I had a few warning when i was a minge/new. But all should be expired other than 1 failrp, which i got for thirdperson peaking.
How many hours can you be on everyday: I consider myself a really active individual, anywhere beetwen 2-8 hours
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I am not very experienced being a moderator. I would say almost zero. But i belive i could be a good staff member.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: There are a few things that im very proud that i achieved. First ever cl4 position was a C-D position which i achieved after working on ci for around 3 month. Another position was Gsd captain which i got accepted after grinding experience and Sgt on gensec.
And the final one, which i am the most proud of, is becoming a CO in E-11. I was also in goc, which i consider one of the hardest to join, due to the complexity of the regiment.
Why would you like to become a staff member: My main reason i am applying for staff, is beacuse during lowpop hours, usually there isnt a single staff on, 1 or 2 at MOST. There are many people who abuse this and also get away with it. I want to stop rulebreakers/minges on lowpop hours like these. I also want to make the community better, by guiding minges into quality roleplay.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: My biggest issues are the "invinsible" rules. These rules sometimes doesnt make any sense. Furthermore, people get warned for these "invinsible" rules even tho they never had chance to learn it. I belive the fix is easy. Firstly: communication should be more encouraged regarding these rules which are not stated anywhere. (My example that first comes to my mind, that apperantly A 1 cant go to ez for 5 minutes after they die there and was a ruling which was not stated anywhere, and this was overuled again by pyro.)Secondly people shouldnt be punished for these rules. lastly every rule should be in either "clarifications" or in the rules themselfs in order to enforce them.
