Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Fail rp, 3 day ban for inappropriate conduct,3 day ban for severe toxic and 3day mrdm(appealed it and got accepted as i mistook it for KOS0. rdm,failrp x2,7 day ban off ts,fearrp,job abuse and toxicity, Minor glitching, pac abuse. Although i have these i assure you ive changed as i took 1 week off of scprp to think about my actions. And i believe that i have grown and became a better person and i have shown it. These warns are well over a month old.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 9+ or 12+ depending on what im doing for the day but the minimum i can do is 8 hours
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes I do I used to be a trial mod for popular server and done 127 sits for the first week but in the second week i resigned as i was dealing with IRL problems.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: DISCLAIMER: As the time of making this ticket its already been 14 days for me I'm not sure what time zone this forum is.
I have seen the moderators on this server and they are all really nice, I want to become a moderator for our server because I've seen how friendly the moderators are, and I wish to contribute to that kindness. I enjoy helping others and want to ensure that everyone feels welcome and supported. I was a previous mod, so I bring experience and an understanding of what needs to be done and what it takes to uphold the responsibilities of a staff member. Moreover I would also like to fix my reputation as I have done bad things in the past and I have learned from them and I believe if I choose this path I am able to fix my mistakes and have a good impact on the server. Finally, I would like to be someone important to the server, someone that is somewhat loved. Everyday I'm on and I see how mods impact the server and it further drives me to become one and support everybody.
Why would you like to become a staff member: believe I can help the server by bringing fairness and support. I know how to handle conflicts, and resolving issues between people, and ensure that everyone feels heard and respected. What sets me apart from other applicants is my familiarity with the server's rules and people, with a genuine passion for helping others and a implementing positivity on the server. My dedication and commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment for all members. I will always be looking for grey areas on the staff team to report for further improvement and more!
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Fairness, I believe everyone is innocent until proven guilty so even if its my brother I wont be bias, I believe the biggest problem would be probably biasness but Its not really often. What I can improve is the fast response time on sits as most of the time im on all i do is roam around the site which is not helpful in anyway, so I believe ill be able to improve the time between sits and that i will handle each one with extreme care.
