Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: 1x NLR Warning: This was almost 3 years ago now and I do not know what it was for, but I can confidently tell you what NLR means and how to not break it.
5x RDM Warnings: My last warning for RDM was 2 months ago, again I do not know what it was for but I know the ruling on RDM.
5x FearRP Warnings: I obtained 3 of these within a short period of time 2 years ago, I was playing around on tech expert and got caught using 106 to evade punishment and was brought to a sit accordingly for it. I know the ruling on it now so I know not to break it.
3x FailRP Warnings: I do not know what I got these for.
1x Minor Glitching ban: I was playing as 079 pre update and I flew out of my cell when not breached, didn't know it was a bug and got banned 1 day for it.
2x Metagaming warnings: I used the name above someones head to call them out, I know now that this is not the proper way.
Currently I believe I have 3 active warnings, but I have learned off all of them and will always do my best to not break any of the rules again. I also believe warnings to not be only a bad thing, but a learning point, which I learned off of.

How many hours can you be on everyday: 2-6

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have been a staff member on a GMOD DarkRP Community which shut down early 2023, I contributed as a Staff Manager there working to hire new staff members and work onto new things being put into that specific server. I was also a Senior Mod on a Fivem DOJ server which I contributed on the organizations team which (dumbed down) oversaw certain groups of people on the server and manged their quality of RP.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: My first big achievement was becoming a Special Agent as my first CL4 position. Though its a Jr. Cl4 and not completely involved in everything, I was proud to have been entrusted with a CL4. A while back I did a big research project / event Involving GMs, SA, and myself. It was a intrictly run event and I had fun larping in it. And finally my most recent achievement was joining MTF O-1 and reaching the rank of NCO. I was proud to have passed the tryout and being selected for O-1.

Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member so I can help the community in any way that I can from that being response times on certain sits, my unbiased perspective / point of view on things, or any other way that I could be of use as a staff member. I am constantly on at weird times I guess that there is not many staff on, and I personally have lots of spare time while playing due to the nature of my job, so I would like to contribute to the community and the staff team.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: There are 2 main things I would like to improve / help improve on the staff team. 1 being response times, and 2 being transparency / communication with the general playerbase. For response time I am on at weird times when there is 1, 2, or maybe even no staff on and sits stay open for 30+ minutes to the point the situations way over. For my second point, when I first joined the server I recieved warnings for the same things. For example, FearRP/FailRP. Being a new player, gaining a chemical like 106 can be fun to use and without knowing that using it to get away from an arrest, you use it and get warned for it. When I was getting warned for it, they would pull me, warn me, and return me without really giving me a chance to ask what I did wrong. This was a very long time ago for me, but it would be nice to have a standard that staff do help the players that are in the wrong, and how they can correct themselfs for next time.
