Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: yes ive received numerus kicks warnings and bans all from being a troll and taking things too far, i couldn't tell you exact reasons or day but i was just perma banned and was recently unbanned thanks to canoon, ive been unbanned for about two weeks and a lot on the server has changed including me and how i conduct myself.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: well i love organizing events ive set up raids from dblock to ci one time i was able to get 5 fellow dblock members outside the foundation haha, besides that tho im pretty proud of being unbanned and proving im not just a troll. back a few years ago i reached a pretty high rank on civil military rp that was pretty cool alwell.
Why would you like to become a staff member: im 22 ive been playing garrys mod since i was 14 and civil net works since i was 15. im very familiar with this game all the ticks and tips to help out new players and honestly helping new players is whats kept me playing for all these years, i want everyone who plays this game to fall in love with it like i did, so if i could help out someone who got rdmed or a victim to any other thing that would ruin this game for them i wanna be there to help, the admins on this server are great. just now while getting my ingame time it took 10 seconds for "crush" to tp to me and give me a hand, i wanna be able to help like "crush" was for me.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: the biggest thing ive noticed with some admins is they hold alot of bias, lets say "john" is a new player that nobody has seen before and he gets rdmed, if he got rdmed by someone the admin is friends with the admin is a lot more likley to side with his friend over john, i understand players who have been on for a long time create trust and friendships however everyone has a story and they all desvere to be heard. if i was to deal with a report that had a friend if mine involved i would see if someone else could handle it for me as to not be bias.
