How many hours can you be on everyday: 3 Hours
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I used to be staff on a smaller server that never really grew too much in the Star Wars scene. I primarily was there to deal with people trying to disrupt RP on a small player count server. I was also in charge of making sure that current staff was happy with how the server was going and gathering feedback on improvements that could be made.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: In this server I have actually really enjoyed the RP scenarios, D-Class specifically. I try to do some RP that's a little more refreshing than most D-Class RP, like when 106 almost zapped me into the garage and I ended up having to flag down a chef to make sure I wasn't turned into dust when they saw me. Was extremely happy to be accepted into ISB and Doctor role as well, I enjoy challenges and currently am pursuing GSD SGT and likely will be going for Nu-7 soon, hopefully.
Why would you like to become a staff member: For me, I am a very social person. My current job in real life does not allow me to do such things and so this is a good escape for me, staff allows me to expand on it a little more and almost guarantee some social interaction daily. I enjoy this community as well and would like to delve deeper and this seemed to be the best out of character way to do so. With that being said, I think this would also help with my confrontation and problem-solving skills which I am always willing to improve as I am a very open-minded individual.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I haven't seen that deep into the staff team, and I dislike making judgement on things I don't know the full circle of. With that being said, I would like to see the staff team possibly take in some rule feedback during positive sits? Maybe some sort of optional survey with high-priority questions or even just feedback on the general ruling made during the sit if something was unclear or maybe ends up needing to be changed if that makes sense.
