Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to help out with in game server security management during peak hours and also during downtime and later night hours.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would help improve with In game Community Relations in hopes to make people treat others with respect. I would also like to keep an eye out for abuse of rank and perms so that the server is running in a good state of motion constantly.
