Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I've managed to hack out 8837 as a Type-Blue before. I've also achieved ISD Investigator and passed the Foundation Bar Exam. I've also successfully made 300mL of NHU, which was grating, but rewarding (especially because it was my first time making any chemical before.)
Most recently, I participated in a testing of 008-2 as a Type-Blue conducted by a Jr. Researcher and an Overseer.
Why would you like to become a staff member:
I'd appreciate the bonus in-game cash and vpoints; but mainly, I'd like an interesting position in this community that I've become involved with the past few months. I 've seen the side most players see, and I've enjoyed it to such a degree that this server has become a good chunk of my pastime; I'd like to experience the rest of what most people don't see and understand the staff's perspective.
I'd also think I could bring a different face to the staff team as someone who can express understanding and leniency, especially in circumstances where someone truly made a mistake and not a purposeful decision. I think I have felt out the rules enough to where I can explain them to others to a sufficient capacity (especially considering my previous punishments.)
I'm still exploring the very specifics and extraneous circumstances that can apply for any rule, which is actually fun for me, so I believe being part of the team will help me with that little journey.
I'm familiar with, and have access to, TeamSpeak and Discord.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Sit response time. Personally, I've found myself waiting somewhat long to very long periods of time for a member of staff to respond to my sit request, even during active/peak hours. Also, the frequency of events held by Gamemasters. I've only seen and participated in a very, very few number of events and I wish there were more to spice up the place.
