How many hours can you be on everyday: 4-5 Hours

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes. I was a Senior Moderator on a JediVsSith server with 80–100 players, where I was responsible for overseeing lower staff members. Before that, I was a Moderator on a Clone Wars server, averaging 100+ players, which gave me solid experience as a Staff member. Both roles taught me how to stay calm when a player is upset during a sit.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Something that i'm proud of is reaching the rank of CSG in NU-7, Getting there required not just hours but consistently performing well, keeping a clean disciplinary record, and learning how the unit works. While being an NCO i've also helped newer NU-7 members, which is the same kind of patience and clarity I'd carry into a staff role.

Why would you like to become a staff member: After spending a lot of time on the server, I care about the experience here, and I want to give back. A good moderation team is what keeps RP immersive. When rule-breakers go unanswered, this can heavily degrade the experience for all players involved. I want to be one of the people making sure that doesn't happen.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Something that the staff team can improve is coverage during off-peak hours, late nights and early mornings, if there's no staff online, players can break rules, and the time for someone to take a sit can be slow or not even be handled, and it can ruin RP for the smaller group of players who are actually on.
