Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: 1 warn for inappropriate conduct, however, please know this was from my first day on the server and I am unsure what I said for it.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I have been a moderator before. I have experience with taking tickets, evidence and making sure that the deserved consequences arrive, I have upheld the rules greatly and have helped out many people that were first starting or weren't sure about certain rules that can get tricky, I have experiencing with small builds and dupes as well for trainings.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Something I have achieved in-game that I am proud of is becoming part of the Nu-7 regiment, it is my first Regiment and I am glad to have joined when I did as I've met many cool people that I would not have met otherwise; I've met a lot of people on site even out of Nu-7, most the people I see are people that I see every day and enjoy speaking to.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member as I would love to help make the community a safe place for everyone, I want people to see the server how it is fully instead of joining once and leaving forever over someone that broke the rules, I want to help new people out if they have questions, help them out if they do something slightly wrong without realizing, and show people that if they just give the server a bit at the start and get to know people, it will get better.
I can be unbiased, knowing when someone was wrong without feeling bad just because they share something with me, I understand how to help people out when needed, I am on every day until restart and always available when needed, I would love to see this community grow without hate and anger.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: There isn't much that I would say needs improvement, many of the staff have been doing great jobs, however If there isn't already I would say host trainings for newer staff and even higher up staff on certain scenarios that they may see often and even scenarios that may happen rarely.
