Yes. I have held Staff Ranks across various communities:
within DarkRP never SCP RP. The Player Count of the highest server I was apart of was 145-100+ all the time daily on weekends would hit it. I was a Admin for the server I worked for Ive been there for 7 months Id say but Ive been staff in Id say 4 Servers I have alot of experience.
I have experience in moderation, and development Ive been playing GMod for years now I have over 2k hours
That's within Garry's Mod not other community's such as FiveM

Why would you like to become a staff member:
I’d like to become a staff member to help the community and make sure no one is breaking the rules. I want everyone to have a fair and fun time on the server without people ruining it for others. I’ve seen situations where people break rules and nothing gets done and there’s no staff on, and I know how Annoying that It can be. I want to be someone players can count on when stuff like that happens.
I also enjoy helping people. Whether it's answering questions, helping new players figure things out, or handling sits, I like being helpful and making the server better community Its great how it Is but add to It. I feel like being a TMod gives me the chance to do more for the server instead of just playing. I’ve been part of other staff teams before, so I already know how to stay calm and deal with situations that can be a pain well I don't overreact I don't complain.
Another reason is that I really care about this server. I spend a lot of time on it and I enjoy the community, the roleplay, and everything the server offers. Becoming staff would be my way of giving back and doing my part to keep it a great community. I’m active, responsible, If I get accepted, I’ll do my best every day to help the team and the server.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so:
One thing I could help improve is staff coverage during different timezones. I'm in PST while most of the server and staff are EST, so I’m usually online when others aren’t. This means I can handle sits and help players during hours when not many staff are on. I’m active for 5+ hours a day, sometimes even more, and I always try to be available for staff calls. I’m committed and reliable, and you can honestly hold me to that. I promise to stay active and be one of the most active staff members you’ll have.
Also, I’d try to keep communication strong within the team. Even if we’re in different timezones, I’ll make sure to stay updated, respond quickly, and help out wherever I can. I want players to always feel like there’s someone around who’s listening and ready to help. That’s the kind of staff member I aim to be.
I'm a very active person. I love SCP RP. I think Civil Networks is the best SCP RP server out there right now best staff, best developers, and the community is GREAT. I could bring a lot of help to this server if you give me a chance.
