Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications: No I have applied for staff prior and was denied for age around 3 years ago, I also applied for 22415 and got accepted.
Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Yes I am not able to list exactly all warns I have but I do have bans and a decent amount of warnings to basically deny this app only because of that. Back then I will admit I was mingy and a lot more immature but I have took up the role of a CI command team member and worked on my behavior leading to no warns in months.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 4-5
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, During my time as staff I moderated a server deleting explicit txt and making sure all rules were being followed. I have not been a staff on a Gmod and discord server before but I believe it would work similarly and I would easily get the hang of it.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: One of my proudest in game achievements is reaching the rank of CI Delcom (Delta Commander) on the server. I've been an active player for over three years, and from the beginning, becoming a Delcom was always a personal goal of mine. It represents dedication, leadership, and trust within the community qualities I’ve worked hard to develop. Reaching this position wasn’t easy I can definitely say, but the journey taught me how to lead a team, stay committed, and contribute positively to the server environment. I'm proud not just of the rank, but of the experience and growth that came with it.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I’d like to become a staff member because I’ve been a part of this server for over three years, and it’s become more than just a game to me it’s a community I care about and want to help improve. Throughout my time here, I’ve worked my way up to high ranking positions like CI Delcom and have also been part of ISD/ Externals senior, which gave me a strong understanding of both sides of the server chaos and foundation based roleplay.
These experiences taught me how to handle leadership, resolve conflicts, and stay calm under pressure. I’ve learned how important it is to keep the RP immersive while making sure the rules are followed and everyone feels respected. I’ve always tried to help new players, defuse toxic situations, and keep the gameplay fun and fair. Becoming staff would let me take that to the next level and give back to the community that’s given me so much.
I’m active, responsible, and ready to step up to help manage the server, enforce rules fairly, and keep things running smoothly for both new and now players.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve something on the staff team, it would be communication and consistency. Sometimes different staff handle the same situations in different ways, which can confuse players or make things feel unfair. I for one am victim to this but I wasnt at all angry because mistakes happen but thats why I’d try to help by being clear when explaining sits, and making sure players understand what they did wrong and how to fix it next time without just throwing a punishment at them. I’d also try to help make staff more approachable. A lot of newer players are nervous to ask questions or feel like staff won’t listen. I’d want to change that by being someone people feel comfortable coming to. Just being active, fair, and helpful can go a long way, and I’d do my part to keep the team on the same page and keep the server fun and fair for everyone.
