Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have 3 warnings 1 meta Frp and Job Abuse; they were all in August of 2023 (I dont remember what happened)
How many hours can you be on everyday: 3-4 hours a day
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes a Mod for a Minecraft server
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: One thing that I am most proud of is getting an Ethics Committee Member along with running Omega-1 for 8 months + all the friends I made on the server.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to be staff because I have been playing this server for a very long time, and a few things that I see are that people play the game for the first time and have an unpleasant experience due to either people breaking the rules or they get pulled into a staff sit and get treated rudely for something they did not even know was against the rules. I want to be able to make new players first experiences so magical that they want to come back and continue playing the game that I love so much.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve anything on the staff team, it would be staff activity. I notice that staff gets clogged with sits really quickly, and it puts a halt to a lot of people's RP (waiting for staff to take their sit). I think by having more staff it can help ease the issue.
