How many hours can you be on everyday: 2-5+Hours during the Mornings and Evenings ( CST )

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: no, I do not.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: when looking back at what I have done on this server there is not a lot, but in the short time that I have been here am Proud of Geeting my Riot Control license and nearly passing my Heavy Weapons license. and being in multiple Sweeps In D-Block

Why would you like to become a staff member: the reason why I would like to become a Staff member is because, I would like to give back to the community that fills my afternoons and mornings with Fun and Enjoyable moments.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: When thinking on this, from what I have noticed is that the Staff Community here is Very Professional, and Efficient in their duties, but I have found two issues

Issues 1 : in the Evenings, I have noticed that some folks Complain a lot about the time it takes staff to Responded to tickets and sits.

Issues 2 : in the Mornings, when I Play Chef or Janitor, there is only 1-2 staff members available for a server that can reach roughly 35+ members.

Soultion: there can be many reasons why Staff could be Busy. (RP, Sits, Training, Experiments) and having an expanded Staff team for the Mornings and Evenings can help alleviate the Backlog of Tickets and help Improve the Roleplay Experience.

Your application is very... lacking to say the least.
I'd be interested in seeing more of why you want to become a staff member besides "I would like to give back to the community". While this is 100% a valid reason to want to become staff I personally think it is lacking. Most of your answers are one or two sentences. Which isn't always a bad thing, but for stuff that can be expanded on, i suggest expanding it.
