Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm proud of the person ive become on this server. Ive met so many awesome people and ive made it so far in regiments like e11 right now
Why would you like to become a staff member: Since joining the server I’ve had a really enjoyable time and made a lot of great memories and friends through both the community and the roleplay experience. I've met so many awesome staff members and people that have inspired me to make these applications. As much as this server is great I’ve seen certain problems and negative behavior and rule breaks that can hurt the Roleplay experience and cause unwanted problems and I also see some negatives in the OOC chats that I feel like can bring someone's mood down. As a staff member I want to do my part in addressing those issues and keep the rule breaking away and help keep the server fair and enjoyable for everyone. My goal is to help the community grow in a positive direction while making sure the roleplay experience continues to thrive and the chats stay positive.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve something within the staff team it would be making sure problems and questions are handled more consistently. Based on what I've seen and experienced, sometimes players can feel frustrated when different staff members respond to the same problem or question in their own ways leading to a little confusion. I would help improve this by making sure rules are enforced fairly and by the book, staying professional in every sit and communicating with other staff members when needed. I’d also focus on being active and heavily on being kind so players feel comfortable asking for help from staff. I’ve always struggled when it came to asking for help when I needed it so I understand how hard it can be for some players to reach out to a staff member. Because of that I’d want to be the kind of staff member people wouldn’t be afraid to come to for help or questions or advice.
