Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Micspam for playing music down the mic.
Metagaming for saying I breach in 663 minutes (11 hours).
FailRP x5 (this was before I took the server seriously). I know the most recent one was for jumping into D-Block as a researcher and giving the D-Class guns I got traded.

How many hours can you be on everyday: Around 3-5 a day.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I use to be a Trial Moderator on this server and I have slight experience on another Gmod server and a small discord server. The Gmod server I left because the community wasn't as nice.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am very proud of managing Executive Researcher for a while. I was very dedicated to the role but sadly I had to leave it. I am also very proud of reaching Nu-7 SGT before I eventually left for IRL reasons.

Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to come back to the staff team after my previous mistakes. I have changed a lot and I wish to help the community again. The staff team is very friendly and I really want to help the players in low pop hours because since I am in the UK, I am able to help the players early in the morning if they need tickets responded to. As said previously, I believe I am a great candidate for this role.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: From the tickets that I have put up, I don't see a lot of formality and sometimes an RDM ticket takes around 10 mintues to get responded to. I would like the person whos ticket is being taken to feel like they are actually being cared for and we want to help them as much as we can and as soon as possible. Other than that I think that staff are doing a great job!
