Why would you like to become a staff member: I love this servers community and want to support it!

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Better communication. A example would be if somone is class F'ed there shouldnt be 5 sits for the same thing. A solution would be talking more about it.

The first of this is the application being very bare bones. Meaning there was hardly any effort put into it.
Second I don't think I've ever seen you on the server.
Third, I'm not sure staff would suit you based on the answers to your application. I would like to see a little more effort into the application overall.

Ok I will say that I have seen you a few times in game and the experiences were not bad, but I will also say that in my opinion your application does not seem very thought through, and there is very little effort. But I will say I do like your idea with what you could improve I would just suggest going into more depth with everything. I'd personally give you a 5-6/10 but with the application not being very well made and short, I will have to give you a 4/10 with a - Support.
