Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Through vigorous work I have achieved Gamma in CI which I have wanted to get since I joined this server and I think its pretty cool.
Why would you like to become a staff member: Why I Would Like to Become a Moderator.
Over the time I've spent on this server, it has become a place where I’ve not only enjoyed countless hours of roleplay but also built connections and developed a strong appreciation for the community. I'm applying to become a moderator because I care about maintaining the quality, fairness, and enjoyment of the server that has given me so much. As someone who has spent a lot of time here, I understand the rules, expectations, and the server's overall vibe.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would like to address and improve the issue of bias in this server. Bias, whether intentional or not, can negatively affect the fairness, inclusivity, and overall experience for players. My goal is to promote a more balanced environment where all participants are treated equally, regardless of their character roles, affiliations, or personal relationships with staff. This involves encouraging transparency in decision-making, implementing consistent enforcement of rules, and providing a clear, fair system for handling reports and conflicts. By fostering accountability and community input, we can work together to create a more welcoming and engaging RP experience for everyone involved.
