Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: 3 Warnings, Rdm (wich i got for because of a misunderstanding on my part,) Failrp (I was new to pac3 and didnt listen to the seize rule as a combative). Micspam (I was playing a meme over a soundboard)
1 Ban, wich is for LTARP (I was new and left the serverwhen i shouldnt have)
How many hours can you be on everyday: Under the week? maybe 2-3 hours probably longer though, On weekends and friday night? probably 3-6 hours in Total
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I only have a slight in sight of moderating on the US Civil networks server. I didnt feel ready and ended my training because i didnt want to be a burde to the moderater team. I also did Moderation on a SCP SL (Secret Laboratory) wich im going to be honest with, didnt do much, just mostly making sure that the SCPs werent grieving the other players.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: im still proud of the 2 game events ive helped to create with a prior member of the GM team, it was small but yet it brought atleast a breath of fresh air to the players. Im also proud of the first CL4 position that i have gotten, An executive researcher, It made it much more enjoyable that the man that had discriminated against me, Have a little less control over me.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I know that im really not the best choice as a staff member but im willing to learn and try. So i can be as good as the others. I want everyone to have a good experience on this server and within the community as a whole. I don’t want anyone to leave with a negative impression because of a mingie player or toxic behavior ruining their enjoyment on the server. I always try to stay civil and nice in RP, I always listen to them and sometimes they complain about the moderation team because they either are not on during low player count hours or take a while because theres no one else to help them with the workload, I just want to help so that everyone has a good and enjoyable time on the server
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would try to handle tickets so that they dont build up or so that people dont have to wait a while just to get a Low priority ticket answered. In all honesty i cant find more issues that i personally have with the Staff team.
