Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have but none are active
1. [Ban] MRDM: When I started the server, I was not aware of the MRDM rule and killed a D-Class multiple times.
2. FailRP: Unknown
3. MicSpam: I was yet again starting the server and playing music on my mic, also not aware of this rule.
4. [Ban/Appealed] FailRP & MRDM: I was 22415 and entered a ??? anomaly containment, then became a zombie and killed some people.
5. FailRP: Was 966 and killed a Researcher while they were gathering samples.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Each rank I've gotten like GOC CPT and various CL3 roles makes me proud of the amount of time and effort I have put into this server. I'm also proud of how far I have gotten roleplaying and friend wise while being apart of this community.
Why would you like to become a staff member: My desire is to be a staff member mainly because I really like the server and its community and the whole being involved here is very important for me and I want to help others with support or guidance whenever they need it as my way of giving back. At the same time, I want to take care of the community being friendly, positive, and welcoming for everyone thus making sure it is a place people like being in.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: One of the ways that I think I can help the staff team become stronger is by being present at the times when the other moderators are not there. I would be able to support the team at the times when there is less coverage and take care of any problems that arise. If I get on the team, my intention is to be very active and always treat others with respect, be approachable, and be fair in my interactions with them.
