What server are you applying for: SCP-RP (USA)
Your Username: Mr Skelly Bones
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:207197539
Discord Username: @mini_monke.
Age: 15
What's your current playtime: 1 Month 7 days
Do you have a mic: Yes
Your characters name: Foundation: Michel 'Viralic' Clark
Civilian: Xavier Don
CI: Micheal 'Tigi' Turnbow
UNGOC: Aron Steinford 'Steinford'
Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications: yes
Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Most of these warnings and bans are from a long time ago. I took a significant break between the last two, and those are the ones I remember because they are the most recent. They include:RDM, RDM, RDM | NLR, [BAN] RDM | NLR, RDM [C], [BAN] RDM [C], FailRP, Metagaming, FailRP x2 [C], Basecamping, FailRP/Stealing Chemicals, [Ban] ERP / Stacked bans (I received this warning / ban after some other D-class and I jokingly said things like "how much would you suck it for"), ERP / Stacked bans.
How many hours can you be on everyday: Minimum is 3-5 hours and maximum is 11-12 on weekends
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: no
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm really proud of making new friends and helping others get started on the server. I enjoy being actively involved and have grown so much—until recently, I was quite shy and hesitant to engage, but now I can connect with fellow players, many of whom share similar interests. I'm also happy to have earned my whitelist permissions for 096 and 22415, and to see my progress within the server. Looking forward, I hope to achieve a moderation role someday.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I'm applying for this position because I've always wanted to help others whenever I can. Every day, I see messages in the server like "Can staff please Take my sit," and I often feel that I could be the staff member who makes a difference—someone who's always available to assist and bring positivity to everyone's day. My hope is to join the moderation team someday and continue spreading that helpful spirit.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be, and how would you do so? I’d like to suggest a way to make our staff team even better. It seems most moderators and admins come from roles such as Site Admin, Ethics, 05, and 01, which we don’t see often or that aren’t usually active. I’d also love to see more GSD and RSD, etc., moderators join us someday. I truly appreciate that many moderators have been part of the server for a long time and have earned their roles. Still, I think it might be worthwhile for the server to consider adjusting the time requirements or giving dedicated players like me, who are passionate about combat, a fair shot at becoming moderators. Personally, I’d love to chat with the lead admin or Ventz about reducing the time it takes to join the team and making the process less intimidating. When I was new, I often looked up to moderators, and even as I got more experienced, I still saw them as a calm, server-wide presence rather than authority figures. I think changing the staff rooms to feel more welcoming could make a big difference, too. Every time I’ve been teleported into a staff room, I’ve felt a bit nervous, like I was in trouble or about to get banned. Making the staff rooms more inviting and reserving the current ones for more serious matters could really help create a more friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
