Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications: First staff application, yes.
Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: None received for any reason
How many hours can you be on everyday: Everyday at least 3 or 4. Depending on my constantly changing work schedule I may be able to be on for longer.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Unfortunately I have no experience from other communities.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Shortly after being accepted for the position of Executive Researcher I was made aware of a long-term event that had just started, PROJECT: Babel, and the project that had been created in response, PROJECT: Silence the Singers. I immediately took the lead for Silence the Singers to develop an advanced version of the Scranton Reality Anchor. It has recently lead to a mini-event where the prototype was constructed and tested within the reactor room of Site-65.
Although the test itself was a failure, proving to require a more stable power source, it included the presence of multiple high ranking members and allowed me to prove myself to everybody involved that it was no mistake taking me into the Board of Executives. The event is still on-going with even a one-on-one encounter with the main antagonist and progress towards a second testing of the new Reality Anchor.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to take a more hands-on approach to my involvement within the Civil Networks community. This is the first Garry's Mod community that I have been able to seriously to enjoy my time within and cannot see myself leaving anytime soon. I want to make sure others are able to enjoy their time as much as I have by improving roleplay and general quality of life both on-site and off-site.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: During the non-peak hours it can be a little difficult to find a member of the staff team able to help. I tend to be in and out during these times and could make sure there is somebody willing to help during. Though I have seen it increased more recently I want to assist in creating more roleplay opportunities for the non-CL4 players. More specifically the CL1 and CL2 players.
