What server are you applying for: SCP-RP (USA)

Your Username: Nixtl

Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:205191976

Discord Username: nixtl

Age: 23

What's your current playtime: 4d 10h 11m

Do you have a mic: Yes

Your characters name: Foundation Jake 'Metric' Davin

Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications: Yes, my first.

Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: None

How many hours can you be on everyday: Typically 2-4 hours per session, typically anytime between 6PM and 6AM Eastern Standard Time

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: From 2024-Late 2025 I was a Moderator for a minigame style server on FiveM, enforcing rules, helping new players and handling support tickets.

In 2022 I was a Senior Moderator for a roleplay server on FiveM, enforcing the rules, guiding new players and handling general and technical support tickets.

In 2017 I was the Staff Manager for a darkrp Garry's Mod server, where I reviewed reports on staff members, handled staff applications, staff training, and staff promotions/demotions.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm very happy about receiving my Riot Control License on my first try as I've been hearing a lot struggle with it and getting 100% on my ISD test.

Why would you like to become a staff member: Frankly I enjoy the server and its community. Majority of the time I'm online is late at night, when there are little if any staff online to deal with issues, which tends to result in night shift having more trouble makers from what I've seen. I'd like to join in the hops of helping alleviate the night time struggles where I can to help foster a more enjoyable experience for those who are on site during those times, helping when I can, wherever I can.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: The only thing I could think of to improve would be related to availability, spreading people out so there's always someone available at all hours of the day. While I understand it can be impractical, but there are often times, particularly later at night, where there is nobody to deal with anything.

The only realistic way I could think of approaching this would be to look at applicants based on timezone and availability hours as well as cumulative daily hours.
