Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: No
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Some of the things that I am proud of achieving from an In-Character standpoint are becoming a Site Advisor and being able to be a roleplay leader so that I am able to assist in and create long term and short term roleplay situations scaling from small tests to full scale covert operations. Another would be my time in Internal Security/Internal Affairs as a commissioner, I was able to help form department protocols and procedures as well as creating the ISD test for agents/operatives to be job approved. I'm proud to say that I left the Department better than how I found it, with the assistance from my fellow leadership team at the time, which leads into my next one which is the meaningful connections I have made with others on the server such as long friendships and more professional friendships In-Character I like to think of myself as someone easy to approach and someone to look towards for guidance which I believe creates a more friendly atmosphere.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member for a few reasons, one being I would like to make a real difference in the community, becoming staff would allow me to contribute in a different way than I already so as Site Administration and would give me more responsibilities on and off of the server. Another reason is because I genuinely enjoy helping and assisting others whether it be answering questions, guiding new players or resolving issues, I would like to help maintain the already welcoming environment for new and old members of the community. I am also good as working as a friendly mediator maintaining a calm, and understanding composure when conflict arises, I want to be able to resolve problems in a way that is fair to all parties involved so that when the situations end there are no hard-feelings between players.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I think my biggest 'pet-peeve' or issue with the staff team are the 'Official/Unofficial' rules AKA SL/Staff rulings that are not written anywhere. What I would recommend to change this so more players are aware of certain rulings pertaining to common and uncommon issues is making a page, or addition to the rules giving specific clarifications. Preferably these additions would be added immediately if not soon after it is discussed in a sit so that other staff members and community members can be made aware as to what is expected in those situations, rather than people needing to call a sit everytime a situation similar happens. I think this would benefit the community as it also opens a bit of a portal for communication which is sometimes lacking between the community and the staff team.
