Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have 2 bans both from December of 2024, one for Metagaming, another for ERP..... Not sure what I was thinking around this time frame. I guess I just wasn't serious about the server at that time. Since that time though, I have taken it seriously.
How many hours can you be on everyday: I am on anywhere from 4-8 hours depending on my day
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I do have experience in other communities a long time ago. I also reached the staff level of senior moderator I believe on the old CN UK Military RP server before it went down. As a staff member there I was constantly going over my requirements I even got staff member of the week and month, once or twice. I was one of the most active staff members.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I would say my best accomplishment in this server was reaching the rank of E-11 CSG in about a month before UI left to pursue other things and training the next generation of E-11 that ended up being high ranking members as I have come to see as I came back. Another accomplishment for me was being apart of many 008 testing and Passive breaches because it is not common to have interaction with these things in the way they are done with E-11. Most times people interact with SCPs in a breach scenario but I have seen them many times in a more calm manor.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to become staff because I have always enjoyed being a helping hand in the communities I am in. I enjoy being able to bring a resolution to people's issues in a non-biased sense and giving back to the community. I know for a lot of people being staff can be "annoying" or "a lot", but I genuinely enjoy spending time on it. especially when things get flat in RP for me, it can be a positive time filler for me. For example when i'm on E-11 , sometimes there is simply nothing to do. no one going through checkpoint/ no breaches. If there is no CI on to switch over to , what do I do? I end up just sitting there and interacting with people if they may come by. It would be nice to just hop on "Staff On Duty" and just help people out in the mean time. Plus it gives me another rank to grind for, I know everyone here enjoys that. So why not do that too?
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: So far from what I have seen here people do things pretty well already so it is hard for me to critique much. If I had to choose something I would be timing of tickets during non peak hours. I understand that people have lives outside the game or want to do their own RP in the server, but sometimes they can get long waits for things like Passive Breaches. Now maybe I am just uninformed on who can do them, but once I get the ability I would be quick with it. I've always been a "ticket warrior" and I don't mean in the way that you make reports all the time or anything. I mean in the way how I always jump at them almost immediately. Now don't get me mistaken, I do not expect anyone to be just like that. I would however like to help to alleviate that issue and help when others can't.
